周刊報導，指曾涉嫌行賄軍士官，將灌水肉賣給部隊的廠商「華成食品公司」，竟搖身一變成為國防部最大的廚房伙食外包廠商，負責全台13個營區、得標金額逾億元。陸軍司令部11日已組成專案小組進行調查，後續將秉「毋枉毋縱」原則釐清真相，若確有不法，將依法究辦。
陸軍司令部清查後指出，華成食品公司為本軍部分伙食人力委外合約商，依約負責單位炊爨作業，但不辦理副食品採購；菜單設計亦由辦伙單位完成規畫核定，並於線上完成副食投單等作業。
有關媒體報導該商不當接觸辦伙單位伙委等情，陸軍司令部表示，已組成專案小組進行全面普查，若查屬實，將依約扣點計罰，倘涉不法，將主動移送司法機關偵辦，並歡迎各界檢舉不法。
陸軍司令部強調，「肅貪防弊、依法行政」向為本軍工作重點與目標，將持續落實軍法紀教育，並督促廠商依約執行，確保官兵權益，維護廉能風尚。
針對媒體報導，華成公司方面則是喊冤，表示一切都是其他業者栽贓嫁禍。
